CYO Athletics is not just about the final score…

It's about positive coaching, sportsmanship for children and their parents, learning to live together in a diverse community, maximizing talents, and fostering the physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual strength in each of us. Catholic Charities’ mission is rooted in faith traditions of charity and justice. As an integral part of our organization, the Catholic Charities CYO Athletics program has three main objectives:

Encourage promoting human dignity, service to others, and common good.

To provide as much participation as possible among all youth involved.

To develop the concept of community through team sports.

Catholic Charities CYO Athletics serves Marin, north coastal San Mateo, and San Francisco counties. We offer Soccer, Basketball, and Volleyball for both boys and girls as well as Co-Ed Baseball, Track & Field, and Cross Country. Additionally, we have a Physical Education program that we offer throughout the Archdiocese. Currently, we serve over 12,000 kids in 3 counties and continue to build leaders every day.

2025-26 Winter Girls Soccer Registration Open!

CYO Athletics is offering Girls Soccer to all the participating schools/programs for 3rd - 8th graders.

Saturday, December 6 - Regular Season Begins

Monday, December 22 - Sunday, January 4 - Christmas Break (NO GAMES)

Saturday, January 10 - Regular Season Resumes

Saturday, January 31 - Regular Season Ends*

Sunday, February 1 - Playoffs*

Saturday, February 7 - Championships*

Saturday, February 7 - 8th grade Achievement Series

*San Francisco Recreation & Parks determines when fields are open or closed due to inclement weather. Rainouts may affect the conclusion of the regular season as well as the start and end dates of postseason play.
