Cross Country

Registration​

Participants should be pre-registered and, on their school/parish roster. There will be NO race day registrations. ALL participants must be registered with a school/parish.

Course Restrictions​​

Only student athletes are allowed to run the course during the race. Coaches, parents, siblings, and spectators are NOT allowed to run with a participant. They may cheer and encourage the participant along the course but may not run with a participant. Violations of the rule will result in the disqualification of the participant.

Invitational Meet

Top 3 finishers will receive awards.

DATE: Sunday, October 4, 2026

​LOCATION: Westmoor High school located at 131 Westmoor Ave, Daly City, CA 94015.

​DISTANCES:  ​

​3r d- 5th Graders = 1 mile​

6th - 8th graders = 2 miles

Competitive Meet​

The Competitive race will conclude with awards and posted results.

DATE: Sunday, November 8th, 2026

LOCATION: Competitive Meet at Crystal Springs Cross Country Course

12:30 - 1:30 PM 3rd through 5th Grade

1:30 - 3:30 PM 6th through 8th Grade

​AWARDS: Each individual participant receives a participation award. Top five finishers receive a medal.

​DISTANCES:  

3r d- 5th Graders = 1.1 mile​

6th - 8th graders = 2.2 mile (*Twice around the course)
