The event also continues to engage the community in CYO Athletics and helps to raise crucial funds to enhance programming. 2010 Hall of Fame DinnerClick here to see pictures of the 2010 Hall of Fame Dinner Following a VIP reception, the Hall of Fame Dinner began in the gym where the jerseys of each school's CYO basketball team were hanging in glory from the bleacher grandstand. After introductions by CYO Athletics Director Courtney Clendinen and Catholic Charities CYO Executive Director Jeff Bialik, and an invocation from Father Walsh, a video highlighting keynote speaker Jennifer Azzi's life achievement wowed the crowd. Azzi, a former WNBA star and a Mill Valley youth basketball coach, emphasized the importance of youth sports in building strong leaders for the future.
